K‑9 Kenzo served South County from 2012 to 2016 as a patrol apprehension dog. In retirement he enjoyed going on walks around the neighborhood, got lots of belly rubs, and loved playing with tennis balls. Rest easy, Kenzo.

9 years old
K‑9 Bob was a 9‑year‑old German Shepherd who served 6.5 years in patrol as an apprehension K‑9. Bob was a dependable, reliable, and hardworking partner. He more than earned his retirement and will be missed.

Titan
9 years old
K‑9 Titan was a 9‑year‑old Belgian Malinois who worked as an apprehension and narcotics detection K‑9 in patrol. Titan kept his handler, officers, and the community safe and took hundreds of pounds of dangerous narcotics off the streets. Titan looked forward to many years of retirement with his family.

Booker
11 years old · 2016–2021
K‑9 Booker was an 11‑year‑old Belgian Malinois who worked from 2016 to 2021 as an apprehension K‑9. In retirement, he loved backcountry runs and enjoyed the beach with his handler. Booker held the record for the most contact apprehensions in South County for several years. He will be missed. Rest easy, Book.
